10-85 ECHO- Obvious Fatality

On the morning of September 22nd, 2006, Reggie Shaw was driving a vehicle on the Valleyview highway. As he crossed over the center line, it clipped another vehicle and caused him to spin out of control and causing a collision. James Fufaro and Keith Odell died at the scene.

Mr. Shaw was sending and recieving text messages, causing him to lose control of his vehicle, ultimately killing two men.
